Create or Enable Root User on Fedora 30/31

Create or enable root user on fedora 29, fedora 30, fedora 31 and set new password.

You can even emulate your the current user to use as root using the below command
sudo su
or
sudo -i
Now change the root password using following command
passwd
Enter new password for root user, retype the password to confirm the password and its done.
